The end of the season doubles competition was won by Brenda Goss and David Midwinter. They won 12 - 8 after storming into a 6-0 lead after two ends, against Mary Arnold and John Turner.
They went into the tenth end 9-8 up and managed a three with the last bowl to win a very exiting match. Club President Cliff Geary presented the awards.
