We played 5 triples against Scot Bowls Club on Sunday 9th June.
It was a cool but dry afternoon and overall a close contest which could have gone either way.
We did have 3 winning rinks but the winning margins on these three were small and the winning margins on the 2 losing rinks outweighed these and so overall we lost by 77 shots to 85.
Our highest winning rink was Norman Line, Rosie Griffiths and John Gilbey with a score of 19 to 14 although they had led by 16 shots to 3 after 8 ends.
The other winning rinks were Stan Hubert, Kate Probert and John Gomersall and Valerie Gomersall, Diana Bonham and Victor Griffiiths.
