On Sunday 26th July we played a match away at Hazells in Aylesbury.
The weather was much more like an old typical British summer’s day with temperatures in the mid 20’s and a very pleasant breeze.
We played 4 mixed triples and we did very well to win on 3 of the rinks and so won the match overall with a score of 65 shots to 55.
Our highest winning rink was played by Victor Griffiths, Norman Line and Richard Bevan.
Hazells provided a small selection of sandwiches and crisps.
A very pleasant afternoon.
