We travelled out of Bucks on Saturday 23rd May but only as far as Brackley. We played 4 triples on a very warm afternoon so agreed to reduce the match to 16 ends and stop after 8 ends for a cold drink - very welcome.
Brackley Bowls Club is situated amongst other Brackley sports clubs and the surrounds of the green were very nicely presented but we have played on better greens.
Anyway we managed to keep our winning streak going with a 4th Successive win - this time by 72 shots to 53.
We won on 3 rinks but the highest winning rink was achieved by Rosie Griffiths, ably supported by Norman Line and Tony Lawrence.
